For license or refund requests, include the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle order number. Never send passwords, private keys, proxy credentials, or payment-card numbers.
Orders and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To look up an order, download an invoice, or ask a billing question, visit paddle.net.
Refunds
Every purchase can be fully refunded within 14 days. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.
